The women who are drawn to my work are usually experiencing (to some degree) symptoms of feminine burn out yet they may not even know it.

The women I speak with often feel drained, unsure from subconscious doubts or insecurities and long for inner peace.

Here are The Top 9 Signs of Feminine Burn Out:

  1. Chronic Fatigue: Feeling persistently drained, frustrated, unfulfilled or dull.

  2. Emotional & Physical Exhaustion: Feeling emotionally drained, irritable, or overwhelmed. You may find it challenging to cope with even minor stress.

  3. Lack of Passion: Losing enthusiasm, creativity and passion for activities and projects that once brought joy and fulfillment.

  4. Question of Identity and Value: Feeling disconnected from your own identity, interests, and values as you focus on fulfilling external roles and expectations.

  5. Depression or Anxiety: Feminine burnout can be closely linked to anxiety and depression, and they often coexist or exacerbate each other.

  6. Physical Symptoms: Burnout can also lead to physical health issues, which can exacerbate mental health problems. Chronic stress weakens the immune system and increase inflammation, which has been linked to depression.

  7. Easily Triggered: Pent up, unprocessed emotions pile up and we can snap like a rubber band.

  8. Lack of Playfulness, Joy or Confidence: Insecurities may creep up and an authentic expression may be hard to find. You may begin to withdraw from activities you once enjoyed.

  9. Neglecting Personal Needs: Feminine self care is a priority, we simply cannot pour from an empty cup any longer. Ignoring your own needs, such as proper nutrition, exercise, and relaxation lead to poor health. Balancing your energy with holistic, at home feminine embodiment practices reduce stress and help lower the risk of developing diseases.

Past imbalanced masculine conditioning and today's fast paced society of "get it done", and has left many women feeling exhausted and burnt out.

What To Do If You Are Experiencing Signs Of Feminine Burn Out.

Be aware of the signs of burnout or anxiety, and depression in yourself or others, and seek help if needed.

Prioritize self-care and well-being. This includes rest, maintaining a balanced diet, exercising, and engaging in activities that promote rest and relaxation, joy and emotional awareness.

Seek Support. Reach out to friends, family, support groups or a professional. Talking to someone you trust or seeking holistic at home therapies can be highly effective at alleviating stress.

Be intentional with your time and energy. Manage your time more effectively, setting boundaries and learning to say no when necessary. Hello healthy masculine energy! Create a daily feminine practice of prayer & gratitude. Get clear on the intentions for your future to set sail in the correct direction and make good choices that support your overall vision.

As feminine beings, we are conditioned to suppress our natural sensitivities

and "power through" our organic feminine rhythms, cycles and flow.

As if the natural needs of the feminine are an inconvenience

to a masculine conditioned society.

This is why some women develop a masculine heart wall.

When the feminine is conditioned to find little to no value in her natural feminine expression,

she subconsciously rejects parts of herself in an effort to fit into

an imbalanced masculinized society.

This has not been a sustainable way of living for the feminine beings I work with who often suffer from feminine burnout.
