Jealousy is a powerful emotion, and when directed at you, it can feel like an invisible weight trying to dim down your spirit. Envy from friends, coworkers undermining you, or strangers projecting their insecurities, these negative energies can disrupt your peace and hurt you. The lengths that some people will go to to try to take something from you or make you feel less than is insane- all because they feel they lack something you have. 

As human beings, each one of us has struggled with feelings of jealousy but when left unintegrated- the feelings of jealousy and envy fester can be deem people dangerous when acted up.

But here’s the truth: you are divinely protected if you know how to protect yourself. No one’s ill will has the power to uproot the blessings meant for you...Unless you allow it. This is where prayer comes in as a declaration of your sovereignty.

In this blog, I’ll share a transformative prayer to help you release and remove the energy of jealous opps (opponents) from your life. But before we get into the prayer itself, I want to explore the deeper truth behind jealousy and why it holds no real power over you.

Jealousy Is a Reflection, Not a Threat

Jealousy is just a mirror of someone else’s perceived lack. When others envy your light, it’s because they’ve forgotten their own. Their projection of insecurity is not your burden to carry. The feminine way to navigate this energy is not to fight fire with fire but to rise above it. If someone tries to dim your light, shine brighter. Not in a taunting way but in a way that solidifies your divine confidence- never shrink yourself to make others comfortable. Jealousy will provoke actions and behaviors from people that may shock you. 

James 3:16:
"For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice."

Instead of reacting, lean into your divine knowing:

• You are unshakable in your divine identity as a child of God.

• Your blessings are yours by divine right, no one can take them from you.

• What they think of you is none of your business.

When you operate from this frequency, you become untouchable. Their envy dissolves into irrelevance because you’re vibrating on a higher plane of grace, power, and divine alignment.

The Power of Prayer

Prayer is not just words- it’s an energetic shift. It’s the art of releasing what doesn’t belong to you and calling in protection from higher realms. When you pray from a place of trust in the divine, you activate a force that no earthly energy can touch.

Proverbs 14:30:
"A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones."

The prayer I’m about to share is designed to:

• Cleanse your energy of negativity.

• Dissolve the influence of envious or malicious intentions and send them back in accordance to God's will.

• Strengthen your aura, elevate your frequency and spiritual boundaries.

• Naturally repel those that are envious so that they fall away from your life.

Prayer to Remove Jealous Opps

Before I share the prayer- here's a question that often gets asked- What makes a prayer powerful?

It's in the potency of your presence. When we pray- we must drop out of the head and into the heart... This will activate the subconscious feeling realm within you and give your prayer the juice it needs to be powerful. When our thought and feeling align with one intention (a clear prayer), our prayers become potent.

Often times, people pray without this awareness and they lack the wholeheartedness and deep presence needed to make a prayer as powerful as it can be.

So- Take a deep breath, and place your hands over your heart. Take a moment to feel your heart beat and tune into the metaphysical realm of the heart...

Repeat this prayer aloud or in your mind with full conviction and deep presence:

"Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for my Divine gift of prayer.

I take this moment to call back all my energy into this present moment. I release all energy that is not truly mine.

I align myself with the Universal Law that what is given is received, and what is sown is reaped. May you purify my heart and my intentions- root them love and truth.

I release all jealousy, negativity, or ill will, evil eye and black magic knowing that the energy others send out will return to them in perfect measure, as determined by the mighty and Divine laws you set into motion since the beginning of time. May I trust in these laws and walk in peace, knowing that all is balanced in your infinite wisdom.

I pray that you remove all jealous, envious people naturally from my life. Let them fall away from my path.

I choose to radiate light, love, kindness, attracting the same into my life. Amplify my ability to continue self actualizing my highest expression regardless of what others think of me. Help me to use this as fuel to shine brighter than before and direct my path, let me walk in grace and beauty.

The Energetic Shift

After saying this prayer, notice how your energy feels. Lighter? Clearer? That’s the power of aligning with the divine and utilizing your spiritual gifts. When you focus on your inner power and blessings and let go of the silly distractions others create with their own insecurities, you step into your highest self.

Jealous opps only have power if you feed them with your attention or fear. Instead, feed your soul with faith, gratitude, and the knowing that no one can block what is divinely yours, no one can take away anything that is not meant for you.

Anyone who ghosts you or just never reaches out again was the jealous opp you prayed away. Let them go, the dead weight has cut itself so to speak. Your prayers are powerful!

Final Thoughts

The Most High did not place you on this earth to dim your light for the comfort of others. You are here to shine, to embody the fullness of your divine essence and self actualize your highest expression. When you feel the energy of jealousy around you, see it as a sign of your own power + light and a reminder to protect your peace by utilizing your natural spiritual gift of prayer.

With prayer, trust, and  firm energetic boundaries ,you can walk through life unbothered by the envy of others. Your blessings are secured in the name of The Most High.
