7 Steps For Cultivating Your
Inner Heaven
1. Return to Body Awareness
Become still in meditation and gently bring your awareness back into the body. Slow the mind. Soften the body and nervous system.
Allow yourself to fully arrive in the present moment.
2. Drop Into the Heart Space
Shift your attention away from external noise and into the inner world of feeling, intuition, beauty, and inner knowing.
Spend time here without rush or pressure.
Just explore.
3. Explore New Possibilities
From this softened state, begin imagining identities, visions, possibilities, and timelines that genuinely light you up.
Simply play, explore, observe, and notice how your body responds.
Do not force decisions.
4. Activate Inspiration
Before taking action in the physical world, nourish the inner world first. Imagination, intention, emotional safety, and inspired vision are often the seeds of aligned creation.
5. Practice
Repeatedly return to this space often, especially before sleep as a nourishing devotional practice. Repetition strengthens clarity, self-trust, emotional regulation, and intuitive connection.
6. Detangle From External Programming
As you simultaneously release projections, conditioning, fear, and identities that are not truly yours, your authentic heart’s vision begins to emerge more clearly.
7. Create From Alignment
Rather than force...
Over time, intuition becomes amplified, self-love deepens, and aligned action begins unfolding naturally. What was once imagined internally slowly becomes embodied externally through harmony rather than struggle.
