The 3 Ways You Are Unconsciously Cursing Yourself and Those Around You

We often speak about manifesting blessings, God's favor in life, attracting abundance, and stepping into alignment with our highest selves. But have you ever stopped to ask yourself: Am I unknowingly blocking my own blessings?

Sometimes, without even realizing it, we create energetic barriers that keep us from receiving the love, abundance, and opportunities meant for us. These blocks not only hinder our lives-they ripple outward, affecting those around us.

Here are three ways you might be unintentionally cursing yourself and others, and how to break free:


1. Jealousy: Poisoning the Wellspring of Your Spirit

Jealousy is like drinking poison and expecting someone else to suffer. When we envy others-be it for their beauty, success, or relationships-we create a vibration of lack within ourselves. 

This mindset energetically communicates: I don’t have enough. I am not good enough. Instead of focusing on your own blessings, you shift your energy to scarcity and comparison, keeping true abundance from creating a home in your heart. 

How to Shift:

Replace jealousy with celebration. When you feel the sting of envy, pause and bless the person or situation you're comparing yourself to. Their success is proof of what’s possible for you. Use their wins as a mirror, reflecting the infinite potential within you.


2. Ingratitude: Blocking the Flow of Abundance

Gratitude is the bridge to abundance, yet so many of us focus on what’s missing rather than what’s present. When you’re ungrateful, you send out the energy of dissatisfaction, which perpetuates a cycle of lack.

It’s not just about material things- ingratitude towards your body, talents, and even the mundane moments of your day creates energetic stagnation.

How to Shift:

Adopt a daily gratitude practice. Take time each day to list three things you’re grateful for. Write them down in a journal. The more you lean into appreciation, the more you’ll attract experiences that deepen your sense of gratitude.


3. Gossip: Casting Shadows Over Your Own Light

Words are spells, and when we speak negatively about others, we’re dimming our own light. Gossiping comes from a place of insecurity, projecting our fears and judgments outward rather than confronting them within.

This creates an environment of mistrust and negativity, severing connections and sabotaging the flow of blessings.

How to Shift:

Practice mindful speech. Before speaking, ask yourself:

  • Is it true?

  • Is it kind?

  • Is it necessary?

Speak words that uplift, heal, and inspire, and you’ll find your world transformed by the same energy.


Breaking Free from the Curses

Blessings flow to those who create space for them. By releasing jealousy, practicing gratitude, and choosing words that heal, you invite abundance, love, and divine alignment into your life.

Every thought, word, and action carries energy. You have the power to either block your blessings or amplify them.

As feminine beings, we are conditioned to suppress our natural sensitivities

and "power through" our organic feminine rhythms, cycles and flow.

As if the natural needs of the feminine are an inconvenience

to a masculine conditioned society.

This is why some women develop a masculine heart wall.

When the feminine is conditioned to find little to no value in her natural feminine expression,

she subconsciously rejects parts of herself in an effort to fit into

an imbalanced masculinized society.

This has not been a sustainable way of living for the feminine beings I work with who often suffer from feminine burnout.

She discovers her natural feminine gifts when she makes it a priority to value
and nourish her deep, feminine heart.
